Role Overview:
- Drive sales for new truck tires in the replacement market for commercial trucks and trailers.
- Act as a trusted business advisor offering Continental's advanced technology solutions.
- Prospect new customers and maintain existing accounts in both dealers and fleets.
Team Environment:
- Part of a competitive and knowledgeable sales team of about 85 Territory Sales Representatives in the US.
- Report to District Managers; work independently from a home office with extensive travel.
- Unique bonus program incentivizing volume sales and strategic targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years sales experience OR high school degree and 3+ years related sales experience.
- Valid driver's license with responsible driving record; ability to travel up to 25%.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and comply with physical demands around commercial vehicles.
