Job Description

This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of 6-8 Enterprise Account Executives focused on acquiring and expanding enterprise-level accounts. The RVP will drive revenue growth by ensuring the team effectively navigates complex sales cycles, develops compelling business cases, and achieves sales targets. This position requires a strategic sales leader with a strong coaching mindset and exceptional people management skills. The RVP will foster high-performance and collaborative teams by providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities, conducting regular 1:1 meetings, and facilitating team training sessions. They'll also set clear performance expectations, monitor individual and team results, deliver constructive feedback through performance reviews, and implement improvement plans as needed. Additional responsibilities include providing strategic guidance on key sales opportunities, reviewing sales proposals and contracts, assisting in navigating complex sales cycles, leading recruitment, implementing onboarding programs, accurately forecasting team sales, managing the pipeline within CRM systems, and creating individual development plans for team members.
