WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build and manage AI-assisted sourcing pipelines across UX/UI, web design, technical, and operational roles
- Identify and engage candidates with strong experience in web and customer-facing digital experiences
- Partner with hiring managers to translate experience design, business needs, and growth system requirements into clear talent profiles
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing, ideally with exposure to design, UX/UI, or digital experience roles
- Strong understanding of modern ATS platforms, outreach tools, and AI recruiting systems
- Comfortable working with automation, AI, and structured workflows
