• Source proactively from top university alumni networks.
• Qualify candidates rigorously before they meet hiring managers.

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in consulting, technology, or professional services.
• Deep familiarity with the consulting landscape and competitive AI firms.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search, GitHub, academic networks, professional communities).
