Talent Mapping & Sourcing:
- Help map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide.
- Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack.
- Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
Candidate Experience & Evaluation:
- Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
- Provide concise, actionable summaries for Hiring Managers.
Process Innovation & Collaboration:
- Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows.
- Contribute to creative initiatives and content that position EverAI as the #1 destination.
