Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand as the primary point of contact for our retail partners.
• Achieve targeted territory sales growth.
• Develop effective store management and in store team relationships.

Education Strategies:

• Create and deliver high impact education strategies for in-store training sessions.
• Train and educate freelancers, agencies, and new hires on selling techniques.
• Plan and execute successful in-store events to boost brand visibility and increase sales.

Additional Support:

• Submit weekly sales recaps for your territory.
• Ensure in-store visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
• Monitor and manage in-store stock levels.
