Advise customers and developers on effectively using the database platform.
Respond to, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues across support channels.
Diagnose complex issues spanning applications, databases, infrastructure, and production workflows.

Requirements:

Working knowledge of SQL and experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and programming abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer empathy.
