What you’ll do (Role Expectations):

  • Design and standardize global leave frameworks that balance statutory requirements with company benefits, serving as the lead SME for complex ADA cases and regulatory consistency.
  • Manage Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) by enforcing SLAs, leading Quarterly Business Reviews, and conducting audits to ensure service excellence.
  • Oversee the end-to-end leave lifecycle, partnering with HRIS to automate tracking and ensure seamless integration across vendors, Workday, ServiceNow, and payroll systems.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 8+ years of progressive experience, with 5+ years specifically focused on Global Leave of Absence and Disability administration.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, CFRA, PFL) and statutory leave systems in key international markets.
