ABOUT THE ROLE:
- As a Leave Specialist, you will be the primary contact for employees and manage leaves from start to finish.
- You will support your peers and Sparrow team members in delivering a consistent leave experience.
What your day to day will look like:
- Manage a portfolio of leaves across multiple companies using established processes.
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of leave policies and ensure employees understand their responsibilities.
- Communicate with third parties and internal stakeholders to preserve confidentiality and accuracy.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have superior organization skills and are detail-oriented, tracking various tasks across different leaves.
- You are a clear, empathetic communicator comfortable with email, chat, and phone.
- You are proactive, systems-oriented, and handle confidential information with discretion.
