THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Own the day-to-day administration of our leave of absence program as the primary leave expert.
- Partner closely with employees, managers, People Operations, and Payroll to deliver a compliant, compassionate leave experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees navigating leaves, from intake through return to work.
- Manage full lifecycle of leaves including medical, parental, family care, and military leaves, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Coordinate with the third-party leave administrator and internal teams to maintain accurate records and proactive case management.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years of dedicated leave administration experience supporting U.S. employees in a multi-state environment.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, CFRA, PWFA, USERRA, and state paid leave programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent leave cases with empathy and professionalism.
