What You'll Do:
- Investigate and manage New York PIP/No-Fault claims from inception through closure.
- Review medical documentation, treatment plans, and wage loss claims.
- Evaluate claim exposure, establish reserves, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of New York PIP/No-Fault claims handling experience.
- Strong understanding of New York No-Fault laws and fee schedules.
- Excellent investigation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
