Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images for commercial customers.
- Partner with account teams to understand customer goals, pain points, and drive account strategies.
- Act as "customer zero" to test and document onboarding experiences, ensuring quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years developing multi-tier applications with Kubernetes and containers experience.
- 2+ years in a pre or post-sales customer-facing role.
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
