- Architect, validate, and co-develop joint integration patterns, reference architectures, and solution blueprints.
- Lead technical discovery and roadmap alignment sessions with partner engineering and product teams.
- Support joint GTM motions through solutions that showcase integrated capabilities to end customers.
Hyperscaler Partnerships:
- Develop cloud-native reference architectures, deployment patterns, and technical guidance.
- Position and enable ServiceNow's AI platform as complementary to hyperscaler AI services.
- Support marketplace listing strategies and co-sell programs.
Cross-Partner Responsibilities:
- Enable partners to embed and leverage AI capabilities.
- Ensure understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and compliance requirements.
- Represent partner needs to product and engineering teams.
