Job Description
As the Global Onboarding Program Manager, you will be responsible for owning, optimizing, and scaling Wrike's global onboarding experience. Your role will ensure that new hires across Sales and Customer Success are set up for success from day one, with a streamlined, engaging, and impactful onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities include program ownership, cross-functional alignment, ongoing evaluation, data-driven optimization, training development, facilitation & coaching, and reporting & insights. This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enablement, specifically in accelerating new hire ramp, scaling coaching and feedback, and embedding intelligent automation across onboarding workflows.
