Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in accelerating pipeline growth and enabling the sales organization to focus on selling by driving process efficiency, strategic research, and data-driven insights. This position partners closely with Sales Leadership and Sellers to identify new opportunities, improve prospecting strategies, and ensure sales teams are fully equipped to convert leads into clients.

This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations and will work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to optimize pipeline development and go-to-market effectiveness. The role involves supporting sales leadership, conducting strategic research, analyzing data, qualifying leads, developing outreach campaigns, supporting sales forecasting, and ensuring data hygiene within Salesforce.
