Clinical Education:
- Revise, expand, and optimize onboarding materials and workflows.
- Deliver hands-on onboarding and ongoing support, ensuring continuous guidance.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining training templates and user guides.
Development & Performance Support:
- Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding support and performance improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate development sessions with individuals or small groups.
- Provide bi-weekly status updates to leadership and identify performance trends.
Competency & Compliance:
- Conduct regular clinical competency assessments to identify training gaps.
- Deliver compliance refreshers and monitor adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Track training effectiveness and refine content based on feedback.
