- Leads a team of software and quality engineers delivering compliance automation, AI solutions, risk controls, and regulatory technology platforms.
- Owns the engineering roadmap for the compliance and risk pillar while balancing regulatory urgency, technical sustainability, and product prioritization.
- Drives delivery across multiple complex concurrent programs and projects.
Compliance and Regulatory:
- Translates regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) into technical deliverable plans.
- Oversees platforms enabling Ethics & Compliance, Controls Engineering, and AI/ML governance.
- Represents the organization in regulatory discussions and audits.
Stakeholder Engagement & System Reliability:
- Serves as the senior technical voice, communicating program status and trade-offs to executives.
- Manages system performance, incident response, and support SLAs.
- Improves data integrations and drives continuous improvement through metrics.
