About the Job:
- This position supports the GTM Solutions Sales team.
- Accelerate adoption of new solutions and platform capabilities with Top Global customers.
- Run build workshops with B2B customers and build early adoption playbooks.
Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of the next best solution and platform capabilities.
- Accelerate customer adoption in paid pilots for new platform capabilities.
- Work with Demo Platform Engineering and Enterprise Architect teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- 7+ years of experience running end-to-end technical program management.
- Strong understanding of Twilio’s products and services.
