About The Role:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for designated roles across multiple functions.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to define what 'best-in-industry' looks like.
- Represent Grüns in the market with authenticity and excitement, clearly articulating our mission, culture, and growth trajectory.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in ecommerce or high-growth environments.
- Demonstrates exceptional judgment in assessing talent and protecting the hiring bar.
- Is genuinely excited about Grüns’ mission and energized by being an ambassador for the brand.
