About the Role:
- We are seeking a Sr. Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team.
- You will serve as a key partner to internal stakeholders and take the lead on employment, privacy, and security legal matters.
- This role is integral to building foundational processes in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive legal experience as a practicing attorney.
- 5+ years of employment law experience and healthcare privacy/security law experience.
- Strong writing, analytic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-house counsel experience in high-growth tech or digital health.
- Comprehensive understanding of multi-state employment laws and data privacy.
- Expertise in marketplace or platform-based business model legal nuances.
