Key Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders into internal systems and ensure accuracy of information.
- Generate invoices in QuickBooks and verify pricing, quantities, and terms.
- Coordinate shipments and communicate status updates to customers and teams.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in order entry, invoicing, or accounting support.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
