Regional Manager, Provider Partnerships

What You’ll Do:

• Own regional performance end-to-end, driving referral growth, booking rate, attendance rate, and completed patient goals across both personal territory and team territory.
• Maintain and exceed individual territory goals, consistently building and growing high-value provider partnerships.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers, ensuring accountability to activity standards and core KPIs.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, physician liaison, or provider partnerships.
• 1–3+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of coaching high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using CRM and analytics platforms like HubSpot and Superset.
