Role Overview:

  • Build and scale high-impact partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Serve as a trusted external representative developing relationships with health systems, ACOs, CINs, and community-based organizations.
  • Translate value-based care objectives into actionable partnership models.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute regional partnership strategies across healthcare systems and organizations.
  • Identify and engage senior healthcare stakeholders responsible for population health and care management.
  • Manage a portfolio of institutional partners and track partnership performance and referral activity.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B account management or healthcare partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of value-based care, population health, and ACO/CIN operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ($115,000–$130,000 annually).
