Role Overview:
- Build and scale high-impact partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
- Serve as a trusted external representative developing relationships with health systems, ACOs, CINs, and community-based organizations.
- Translate value-based care objectives into actionable partnership models.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute regional partnership strategies across healthcare systems and organizations.
- Identify and engage senior healthcare stakeholders responsible for population health and care management.
- Manage a portfolio of institutional partners and track partnership performance and referral activity.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B account management or healthcare partnerships.
- Strong understanding of value-based care, population health, and ACO/CIN operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
