Job Description

Serve as a key business partner to Sales Leadership and Account Executives. This role will drive operational efficiency across sales planning, territory management, and pipeline governance, while also driving automation efforts and enforcing internal rules of engagement. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with process execution and has a passion for data-driven enablement. Act as a trusted advisor and operational partner to Sales Leaders and Account Executives, providing hands-on, tactical support and strategic insights to improve sales productivity. Support global territory optimization, balancing, and realignment. Establish and enforce pipeline management best practices in partnership with Sales Leadership and monitor pipeline health and stage hygiene to ensure forecast accuracy and consistency. Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and SOPs for key workflows. Partner with GTM Systems on enhancements to Salesforce and connected tools.
