Job Description
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Strategic & Enterprise Account Executives, fostering professional growth and career development. Own and drive revenue growth within the assigned region, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Partner with RVPs and executive leadership to define and execute area sales strategy. Coach reps on effective pipeline development, deal strategy, forecasting accuracy, and execution against Corelight’s sales methodology. Ensure consistent adoption of sales processes, playbooks, and tools.
