Talent Research & Outreach Specialist

Role Responsibilities:

• Research industries, competitors, and target companies to identify professionals whose backgrounds align with client qualifications.
• Use LinkedIn, company websites, and other resources to conduct candidate research.
• Write personalized outreach messages and manage follow-up communications.

Success Metrics:

• Success is measured by quality: 5–10 qualified candidates per month interested in conversations.
• Focus on thoughtful engagement over high-volume messaging.

Qualifications:

• Strong research, analytical thinking, and written communication skills.
• Intellectually curious, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Experience in recruiting, research, or consulting valued but not required.

Compensation:

• Independent contractor (1099), part-time, project-based, flexible schedule.
• $35–45 per hour, depending on experience.
• Expense coverage for agreed learning opportunities or tools.
