About the role:
- We're looking for an Associate Talent Partner passionate about finding exceptional talent.
- You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build diverse pipelines.
- This role is equal parts strategy, execution, and storytelling.
What you’ll do:
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for critical GTM hiring initiatives.
- Identify and engage exceptional candidates through personalized outreach.
- Conduct competitive intelligence research to inform recruiting strategy.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with proactive outreach.
- Exceptional written communication skills and strong research abilities.
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and collaborates effectively.
