About the Role:
- Help drive the strategy, metrics, and operating models across the EC lifecycle.
- Identify gaps in the contributor funnel and platform experience.
- Partner cross-functionally with various teams to help implement scalable initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive key operational initiatives and cross-functional programs.
- Track progress against goals, proactively identifying risks and dependencies.
- Support decision-making by developing analyses and structured insights.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience extracting insights from data.
- Excellent project and/or program management abilities with attention to detail.
