My goal at Ashby is to be a trusted advisor to my hiring managers, partnering to make the best hiring decisions for their teams. I've worked with hiring managers who dread the task of hiring, as well as those who get excited about building their team. My hope is that I can steward a sense of excitement and optimism around hiring among the teams I work with. I'm excited to combine my experience with learnings from the RecOps Community and combine our insights with the detailed recruiting data provided by Ashby. My goal is to develop a strong framework that helps companies excel by implementing tried and true RecOps practices. I’m eager to assist our customers in leveraging Ashby to succeed in any recruiting environment and to turn data into a valuable asset that helps their teams excel.
