As a Business Development Manager at TigerData, you’ll lead a growing team responsible for introducing our PostgreSQL platform to new customers. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll start off by managing a small team of BDRs, shaping how we scale our outbound motion. This is also a thought leadership role: incorporating AI, modern tools and techniques, and automation. You’ll report to the CRO and play a pivotal role in building the team, processes, and experience that define first impressions of TigerData.
Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and growing a team of Business Development Representatives, building scalable outbound processes, championing AI tools, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, creating a world-class first-touch experience, fostering a strong team culture, and owning key metrics. The role requires 3+ years of experience leading outbound sales or BDR teams in B2B SaaS. This is a remote role open to candidates in North American time zones.
