Job Description
The Senior Account Executive role at Panopto involves:
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through new and expansion opportunities.
- Exercising business judgment and creativity to pursue strategic accounts.
- Writing a territory plan and engaging with the executive team.
It also requires development of a thorough knowledge of a complex technology platform:
- Align the Panopto solution with customer problems.
- Develop knowledge of the platform.
- Being able to launch into a demo with the end user’s desired outcomes.
Furthermore the role involves collaboration and customer focus:
- Partnering with the Account Management team to ensure high satisfaction and adoption.
- Maintaining productive relationships with customers at multiple levels.
- Continuous upsell and expansion into new departments.
