Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and review end-to-end employee termination processes with accuracy and compliance.
- Perform termination calculations and validate amounts according to Brazilian labor law.
- Prepare and maintain all documentation required for offboarding.
Qualifications:
- Experience in People Administration/HR, especially with termination processes.
- Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and eSocial, FGTS Digital.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliations.
