Occupancy & Retention Support Agent

Role Details:

• This is a full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule, operating during standard business hours.
• The position is remote, though it requires an initial on-site month for onboarding or training.

Key Duties:

• Monitor specific renewal triggers and manage the entire occupancy check process following SOPs.
• Route occupancy results accurately to appropriate teams for move-outs, renewals, or escalations.
• Create and assign tasks in workflow systems like Ender and maintain precise documentation logs.

Support Functions:

• Handle administrative and retention-related requests as needed by the Renewals Team.
• Identify and flag recurring operational issues or gaps in existing processes for improvement.
