Serve as the dedicated recruiter for an assigned regional cluster, managing all coach recruitment activities for 30+ studio locations.
Lead recruitment for full-time field leadership positions and build a robust talent pipeline based on regional market dynamics.
Develop deep knowledge of the region's competitive landscape, compensation trends, and talent availability.

Field Recruiting:

Scout, source, interview, and audition potential coach candidates, conducting initial screenings and leading live or virtual auditions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, auditions, and follow-up communications while partnering with field leaders on hiring decisions.
Support the candidate experience through offer and onboarding processes and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Strategic Market Development:

Collaborate with Training Managers to understand unique talent needs and coaching styles in 2-3 regional markets.
Build relationships with fitness communities, gyms, studios, and universities, identifying new sourcing channels and participating in recruitment events.
Travel regularly to studio locations for in-person auditions and sourcing visits to activate regional recruitment strategies.
