- Own book vs. physical accuracy targets across all global nodes.
- Execute the global cycle count cadence strategy and oversee audits.
- Drive cross-functional root cause analysis on systemic variances.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in inventory control, fulfillment operations, or supply chain at a high-volume retailer or e-commerce operator.
- Deep WMS expertise and experience maintaining SOX compliance for inventory processes.
- Strong analytics literacy including SQL and reconciliation modeling.
