Client Engagement Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own the complete bid process, from intake to submission.
• Partner with teams to understand client needs and decision criteria.
• Ensure bids reflect accurate scope, pricing, and commercial terms.

Workflow Management:

• Manage the onshore bid workflow, including intake and prioritization.
• Coordinate subject matter experts and gather inputs and approvals.
• Implement standard work and checklists to improve quality and speed.

Quality and Compliance:

• Ensure all bids comply with internal risk, legal, and brand standards.
• Maintain a central repository of approved bid content.
• Lead internal reviews and approvals for complex bids.
