About the Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of BDRs, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Balance individual contributor and leadership duties, reporting to the Manager of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach BDRs through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and role plays to improve prospecting and demo-setting.
- Drive performance against daily, weekly, and monthly goals, identifying gaps and creating action plans.
- Maintain strong personal prospecting habits while monitoring team metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of BDR/SDR experience, with 6-12 months of management experience preferred.
- SaaS or EMR health tech experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for learning software.
