The Opportunity:
- Lead a Solutions Architecture team to drive customer success on the Grafana stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build observability solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and mentor the team for effective customer outcomes.
- Craft SOWs, advise sales strategies, and manage escalations.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 3+ years managing a Solutions Architecture team.
- 5+ years experience with distributed applications.
- Strong communication and high emotional intelligence.
