Workforce Scheduling Program Manager

Job Summary:

• Leads workforce planning, staffing, and scheduling initiatives across the organization.
• Partners with Operations, Finance, Data Services, IT, and People teams to improve volume forecasting accuracy.
• Drives consistent scheduling practices that support operational performance and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of workforce management or scheduling experience in multi-site environment.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience with scheduling in a medical environment.

Essential Duties:

• Own execution and improvement of workforce forecasting processes and disseminating forecasts.
• Develop processes for market schedulers to adhere to schedule templates and staff to model.
• Create and distribute monthly reports on scheduling compliance and staffing to model.
