About the Role:
- Hands-on WFM analyst role owning forecasting, capacity planning, and analytics.
- Supports scheduling for Patient Support Specialists, RNs, and Providers using AI tools.
What You'll Do:
- Forecast volume, build staffing plans, and monitor queues in real time.
- Use LLMs and AI tools to generate, test, and validate forecasts.
- Build reporting on occupancy, adherence, service levels, and staffing accuracy.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years WFM analyst experience with contact center background.
- Strong Excel skills and AI fluency; clear communicator.
Work Location:
- Remote U.S.-based position; must work within the United States.
- Requires reliable internet, private workspace, and webcam.
