Responsibilities:

  • Manages the complete cycle of Family Care, Military, Pregnancy, Bereavement, and union/company leaves.
  • Follows the required processes under FMLA and state leave laws.
  • Leads any interactive discussion as required under law.

Qualifications:

  • Three years' experience in Human Resources in a benefits, leave management or generalist related position.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state leave and disability laws.
  • Ability to analyze, problem solve, organize and manage multiple priorities.
