About the Role:
- Reporting into the Head of Dealer Implementations.
- Working directly with Dealer Partners to set them up for success with AutoFi’s suite of products and services.
- Collaborating effectively with Configuration Specialists, Sales, Account Management and Strategic Adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in building a transparent, cohesive and collaborative team environment.
- Own and monitor a portfolio of Dealer Implementations from Kick Off to Launch, working with internal and external personnel.
- Provide Dealers with insight related to the effective use of AutoFi’s Products and specific features.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience working in Account/Client Support or Implementations/Project Coordinator roles.
- 2-3 years experience working with SaaS solutions and integrations strongly preferred.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, and ability to navigate challenging internal/external situations.
