The Regional Human Resources Business Partner will support portfolio companies across the Southeast region and align HR initiatives to business objectives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Key responsibilities include strategic HR partnership, talent management & development, employee relations, performance & culture initiatives, change management, compensation & benefits guidance, compliance & risk management, data-driven decision making, and employee engagement & wellbeing. The role requires 5+ years of HRBP experience and knowledge of labor laws.
