What you'll do:
- Perform annual, interim, and final escrow analyses on mortgage loan accounts.
- Review escrow shortages, surpluses, and deficiencies, and calculate payment adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with RESPA, investor guidelines, and company policies.
How you will do it:
- Analyze tax and insurance disbursements for timely and accurate payments.
- Research and resolve escrow discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Monitor escrow exceptions and follow up with borrowers, taxing authorities, and insurance carriers.
What you need to join:
- 2+ years of mortgage servicing experience with escrow analysis preferred.
- Knowledge of escrow accounting and mortgage servicing regulations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
