Job Description

The Client Success Executive will manage the overall relationship with the client and all stakeholders, developing service strategies to ensure renewal and growth of client accounts. They will develop plans to increase client revenue and profitability through better utilization of the network, pricing strategies, and communication of new and enhanced offerings. This role involves exercising judgment in handling client discussions, escalations, and issue resolution, as well as proactively diagnosing and fixing root cause drivers of service and/or delivery problems. The Executive will lead and mentor account managers, onboard new clients, and conduct professional in-person meetings, requiring up to 20% travel to clients, Lantern headquarters, and industry events. Candidates should have extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with self-funded benefits, and a background in strategic account management.
