Vice President of Regional Sales

Looking for an experienced Vice President of Regional Sales to lead and scale a high-performance Regional Sales team. This role captures new business, grows revenue streams, and expands our footprint across light industrial verticals. As a sales-focused leader, you will inspire and guide a team of Regional Sales Directors, providing strategic sales direction, coaching, and driving accountability for results. The role requires a proven sales leader with expertise in light industrial staffing solutions or B2B/SaaS sales into light industrial clients, and the drive to help grow across diverse U.S. markets. Key responsibilities include sales strategy and execution, sales leadership, client development, business development, sales presentations, market insights, and forecasting & reporting.
