Role Overview:
- The Senior Program Manager leads planning, implementation, and performance reporting for a broad portfolio of operational and transformation priorities.
- This role translates operational vision into structured implementation plans and measurable results across Mission Advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advance operational excellence by developing and managing program plans, workstreams, milestones, and success measures.
- Manage technology projects, coordinate with Business Technology implementers, and support transformation initiatives.
- Oversee workforce effectiveness, including onboarding, engagement, professional development, and department meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of nonprofit management experience.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 5% and proficiency in Microsoft Office, GenAI, and collaboration tools.
