Be part of the international Talent Sourcing Team and work on recruiting projects to find the best talents for AUTO1 Group. Develop creative ideas for the direct approach of mechanics and buyers, using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed etc. Go beyond the classic direct approach and regularly try out new tools, proactively contacting candidates by phone and in writing. Independently manage research projects and find innovative ways to win and address candidates. Ensure a strong talent pool for current and future personnel needs by building long-term relationships with internal and external partners. This is a 100% remote position within Germany!
