As a Global Account Executive, you will drive strategic sales growth within Model N’s Top 100 customer base, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts and leading complex sales cycles. You will serve as the primary customer contact to deliver impactful SaaS solutions that improve revenue management and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, leading business reviews, and advocating for customer needs, all while maintaining accurate pipeline data and meeting ARR targets.
