This Total Rewards Analyst role will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance of the 401(k) plan, including annual non-discrimination testing, audit coordination, Form 5500 filing, investment committee meeting preparation, and payroll processing and reconciliation. Will also administer the deferred compensation plan and manage HSA plans. This role requires a Bachelorβs degree in Human Resource Management or related field and 5+ years of progressive experience in benefit management. Employee will serve as a subject matter expert.
